Deceased Estate Clearance

This client required a complete home clear of the deceased estate with the goal of donating as much as possible. We managed to rehome items to 25 individuals and two early learning centres.

Retirement Care Transition

These clients required a complete home clear of their parent’s beloved home and were wanting to donating as much as possible and to give back to the community. We managed to rehome items to 25 people and a van load to the Eastern Emergency Relief Network.

Deceased Estate Clearance

This client required a complete home clear of the deceased estate whilst leaving a couple of items for the family to collect after completion. We managed to rehome items to 19 different homes to find a new life and to stay out of landfill.

Decluttering

This client wanted to take back their home! After years of people moving in and out and a busy life the home became cluttered and many spaces lost their functionality. This job was so rewarding to see someone regain power and pride in their home.

Deceased Estate Clearance

This client required a complete home clear of the deceased estate with the goal of donating as much as possible. We managed to rehome items to 32 different homes to find a new life and the bonus of staying out of landfill.

Retirement Care Transition

This client required a complete home clear of the home whilst leaving a couple of items for the family to collect after we’d completed the job. We were very lucky to get two full van loads of furniture to the Eastern Emergancy Relief Network and also see some direct donations to local people.

Deceased Estate Clearance- Part A

This client required a two part job with part A requiring a complete home clear whilst leaving some furniture to help stage the property for sale. We will return for part B to remove remaining furniture once the property is sold. This was a very rewarding job as we re-homed belongings to 22 different homes to find a new life with grateful recipients and to stay out of landfill.

Deceased Estate Clearance

This client required a complete home clear of this deceased estate. This job saw lots of furniture being donated to an emergency relief centre and the contents being donated to charities. Even being in a private apartment we still managed to re-home as many belongings as possible and staying out of landfill.

Retirement Care Transition Clearance

This client was transitioning into retirement care and required a complete home clearance for the house to be sold. We found some family treasures to be enjoyed and also directly donated belongings to over 20 different people to be rehomed.

Decluttering- Linen Cupboard

This client had lost track of what was inside their linen cupboard and wasn’t sure where to begin. Their goal was to sort through all linen and towels, deciding what to keep and what to donate, while decluttering miscellaneous household items to keep only what was still needed.

Decluttering- Pantry

This client needed a pantry refresh, as they could no longer safely reach the back shelves or use a ladder. Their goals were to sort through all food items, dispose of anything expired, and reorganise the pantry and drawers to make everything accessible and easy to reach.

Deceased Estate Clearance- Living Room

After their parents passed, this client needed to clear out the family home where they had lived for decades. Their goal was to complete a full home clearance to prepare the property for sale.

Decluttering- Bedroom Wardrobe

With limited wardrobe space, this client wanted a practical and accessible setup. Their goal was to create a wardrobe that only stored clothing they actually wear and to make the space organised and functional.

Decluttering- Kitchen Cupboard

As this client transitioned from a busy family household to living alone, their goal was to declutter the kitchen and downsize the number of items to reflect their current lifestyle and needs.

Deceased Home Clearance- Dining Room

These clients needed to clear out their parents’ home before undertaking minor renovations to prepare it for sale. Their goal was to donate or sell as many items as possible to reduce landfill and ensure meaningful reuse of belongings.

Decluttering- Linen Cupboard

This client was tired of their disorganised linen cupboard, where items would fall out every time the door opened. Their goal was to rehome misplaced items (like kitchenware that belonged elsewhere), and remove anything that could be donated or discarded.

Decluttering- Christmas Cupboard

This client was feeling overwhelmed by their overflowing Christmas cupboard before the festive season even began. Their goal was to reduce their decorations to only the ones they use and create additional storage space for other household essentials.
